Production of blister packaging for the pharmaceutical industry
Blister packaging is a product that allows you to securely and effectively pack and protect various goods. It consists of a transparent plastic container, usually made of PVC, PET or other thermoplastic materials, and a cover film made of aluminum or other composite materials.
The production of blister packaging includes several stages. First, a packaging design is created, which determines the shape, size and arrangement of cells for goods inside the blister. Special molds and dies are then used to cut the blister shell from the sheet material.
At the next stage, the products are placed in the appropriate cells of the blister. After that, a closing film is applied, which hermetically seals the package and protects the contents from moisture, dust and mechanical damage.
After the packaging is completed, the blisters can be packed into large cardboard boxes for further transportation and storage. Every step in the production process is carried out with a high degree of automation and quality control to ensure the packaging of goods is reliable and safe.
Blister packs are widely used in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, electronics and more, due to their strength, convenience and the ability to provide consumers with a clear idea of the product.
